Owen Barette specializes primarily in real estate recruitment. His expertise focuses on mid- to senior-level real estate professionals in Quebec working across property management, leasing, building operations, accounting, and legal functions. He has over a decade of experience working with both small and large landlords that own and manage commercial and multi-family properties, as well as third-party service providers offering property management and brokerage services.
Throughout the course of his practice, Owen has been confronted with various hiring challenges related to identifying talent within the right timeline, with the right experience, and at the right budget. His in-depth market knowledge of the talent pool his clients are targeting allows him to approach each mandate in a consultative way to help his clients achieve the best solution to their problem.
