With nearly a decade of experience in staffing and recruitment, Michel has built a strong network within the real estate industry and developed a deep understanding of the talent challenges facing today’s market.
 
Michel believes recruitment is fundamentally a people business. He takes a relationship-driven approach, partnering closely with clients and candidates to create a more personalized recruitment experience while delivering strategic talent solutions that support long-term growth and success.
